Breath-taking designs and amazing service!
Charmi Creations is the place to go to get your wedding outfit! Charmi understands very quickly the type of look you want to go for and through her bespoke service she will be able to cater for you. What she designs will exceed your expectations!! The service is great. I felt i could call her up at any time to discuss things. I bought 4 outfits from Charmi. Everytime I wear them I feel amazing and I the compliments keep coming!! I am forever looking for an excuse to go back and buy an outfit. I have nothing but complete admiration for Charmi Creations!!

My bug day
I would like to say a big thank you to Charmi Creations, she made my experience on choosing my reception outfit so easy, stress free and fun. Thoroughly spending time on designing it how I had the picture of my dress in my head. From the begining to the end I felt I had that personal touch by them. Thank you sooo much. I would recommend everyone to her as they do a fantastic job from the heart.

Beautiful dresses but disappointing assistant and after sales care
The distance was a problem but as I thought the dresses were worth it I accepted the distance (& traffic). I found Charmi's extension of her house disappointing and the overall bridal feel was quite flat. Her assistant Aditi was rather short and at times I felt that I had to give attitude to make progress (despite the price I had been prepared to pay). I have to say the result was great and I looked very briday on the day but again was disappointed when a few of my crystals came off during the day. Charmi's after sales care was not up to scratch and I felt quite frustrated with her considering the price and time I'd spent. E dresses are beautiful but think about the experience too, some people may not mind but I certainly did.

If your not local don't bother travelling!
Having fallen in love with a lengha on the Charmi Creations website we travelled from Sheffield to try it on. I had checked that she had it in stock and that she could make a different coloured version for me. They claim to and have pictures of very good sketches on their website. These are supposed to be done at the first meeting to show you what your dress/lengha will look like. So I expected to try on some lenghas and dresses, see my design and then place my order.
Instead what I actually got was the offer to try on the skirt in a completely different colour and lots of very short and breasty tops which were nothing like what I wanted. The room is a tiny extension on her house with no changing room just a very small toilet. Having decided what I wanted I told her - she claims to specialise in fusion weddings but actually all she does is ship in the dresses and lenghas from India. She will talk you out of what you want - because they can't order that.
If you're buying your wedding dress you want to make sure it's perfect so we asked to go away and think about what she could offer for half an hour. Bearing in mind we had travelled a long way and paid for a hotel, when we rung to say we were coming back her assistant told us we couldn't today we'd have to come later in the week!!
If you want a slutty looking wedding dress that's over priced sent from India and just adjusted to your size then travel but don't expect anymore. Its a very professional looking set up for a very awful and unprofessional service.
